Verde Solutions places contract and permanent people with utilities, IPPs, developers, EPCs and O&M providers across the full life cycle of solar and storage projects. Founded by Matthew Young after seven years in renewable energy staffing, and built as a team that knows the stage you are at because they have staffed it before.
How we work.
Most staffing firms put a salesperson on the client and a resourcer on the candidate, and the two rarely talk. At Verde one consultant owns the brief from the first call to the start date, with the team behind them doing the mapping and the approaches. It is harder to scale and much harder to get wrong.
On the contract side we built our own app so contractors log time and receipts from a phone and clients get one packet a week. On the permanent side we keep the network warm between searches so a short list is a phone call away rather than an advert away.
