How quickly can someone start?

It depends on the role and the site, but the short list usually arrives within a few days and the rest is paperwork. Say the real start date and we will tell you honestly whether it is achievable.

Who employs the contractor?

We do. Payroll, insurance and compliance sit with Verde. You approve hours and pay one invoice.

What if the person is not right?

Tell us in the first week and we replace them.
